This is an exclusive interview of Adeline Edward who is a rising beauty blogger, founder of Vanity Affairs blog.
Team: Tell us a bit about you?
Adeline: A fulltime HR professional and a parttime blogger, I run a blog called – Vanity Affairs, which ia all about fashion, Beauty and Latest trends. Recognized as a top 100 emerging HR Leaders, awarded best human resources development by IIWA and winning rising lady 2020, the journey has not been easy. The hunger for more has always kept me going despite being over-burdened with deadlines and work pressure. My profession has taught me how to understand and deliver what your audience is looking for.
Team: What is your source of inspiration?
Adeline: My achievements are the constant reminders and a springboard for what I can accomplish in my present and future. Regularly making progress can keep you motivated and moving forward.
Team: Who is your role model?
Adeline: Well, I’ve learnt so much through so many people that it’s difficult to call someone my role model. I always wanted to be the best version of myself, keep on grinding and learn from my mistakes.
Team: What will be that one suggestion that you will give to your younger self about life?
Adeline: Don’t let other person dictate your life. Live your life the way you want to, don’t let other people’s opinion control your emotions and how you feel about certain things. You are one of a kind, be compassionate and you’re not entitled to answer each and everyone.
Team: How do you spend your free time?
Adeline: During my free time I love reading about Pranic Wellness. It helps empower people to heal themselves and improve their lives. My life has become so much better after learning about law of attraction and converting your thoughts into energies.
Team: What according to you is that 1 step that everyone should take in order to prevent our environment?
Adeline: Recycle and Reuse. I’ve been learning it throughout my childhood and even now. I believe that is one of the best preventive measures that can be taken by oneself in order to save this planet.
Team: What according to you is the most interesting thing about your home city?
Adeline: Bangalore, the center of India’s high-tech industry, the city also known for its parks and nightlife and palaces
Team: Where do you see yourself in 2025?
Adeline: In next five years, I see myself doing something for the mother nature, it could be a sustainable clothing line, working on it, fingers crossed.
