The Plot (No Spoilers)

The story follows a familiar horror comedy setup with mysterious events, spooky moments, and comedy woven throughout. It keeps things light but never becomes truly engaging.

What Worked

Akshay Kumar brings his usual screen presence and manages to keep several scenes entertaining. A few comic moments do land.

What Didn’t Work

The biggest issue was how familiar many scenes felt. At multiple points, the movie gave strong Bhool Bhulaiyaa vibes rather than creating its own identity.

The comedy also relies on unnecessary mature jokes that feel forced and add little to the story.

Another disappointment was the VFX, which looked weak in important moments and reduced the overall impact.

Final Verdict

Bhoot Bangla is an easy one-time watch if you enjoy light horror comedies, but it lacks originality and stronger execution.
